The Six Human Needs assessment is designed for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological evaluation, therapy, or medical advice.

No Professional Relationship

Using our Service does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship. If you need professional help, please consult qualified healthcare or mental health professionals.

Results Accuracy

While we strive to provide meaningful insights, personality assessments are inherently subjective. Results should be considered as one perspective among many for understanding yourself and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Six Human Needs and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • Quiz questions, algorithms, and scoring methodology
  • Text, graphics, images, logos, and design elements
  • Software code, databases, and technical systems
  • Educational content and assessment frameworks
  • Trademarks and service marks

Your Content

You retain ownership of any personal information and quiz responses you provide. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this information to provide the Service and improve our offerings.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Human Needs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Six Human Needs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:
