The rules for using the Six Human Needs Test.

1. Agreement
By using the Six Human Needs Test ("the test") at 6-human-needs.sfwalker.com, you agree to these terms. The test is provided by Igor Turkusic, trading as SF Walker, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("we").
2. The service
The test is a free, 84-question self-assessment of your six human needs, with a personal results report. Coaching programs offered after the test are sold separately on their own pages and terms.
3. Not professional advice
The test and results are for education and self-reflection. They are not a medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
4. Who may use it
SF Walker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the test for your personal, individual use only. You may use it if you are 16 or older, or if you are under 16 and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any use by, on behalf of, or at the direction of a school, educational program, business or other organization — including assigning, administering or requiring the test for its students, learners, members or staff — is permitted only under a separate written agreement with SF Walker. Where such an agreement covers individuals under 16, the organization is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent.
You agree to give a real email address and to keep any account password private.
5. Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no automated or bulk submissions, no attempts to access other people's results or bypass our limits and protections, no copying or reselling the test or its content.
6. Ownership
The questions, scoring, reports and all site content belong to SF Walker. Your answers remain yours; you allow us to use them to provide your results and as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We may change, pause or end the service or any part of it. We aim for it to be available and accurate, but provide it "as is", without guarantees.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the test. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. You may bring a claim in the courts of your own country where the law allows.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
